Listen to the Land: A Guided Nature Hike

Join me for a few intentional hours at White Ranch Open Space, just outside of Golden, Colorado, as we step away from the noise of everyday life, and deepen our connection with the natural world.

We’ll meet at the west-side parking area at 10:00 a.m. and spend approximately 3–4 hours together, including a leisurely hike of up to 3 miles. I know this area well and have spent time connecting with the land and its energy, and I was specifically guided to White Ranch Open Space for this experience.

Throughout our time together, I’ll introduce you to different ways of connecting and communicating with the land, nature, and animals. You’ll learn elements of the Heartline Method, the heart-centered approach I use in my own interspecies and nature communication work. Along the trail, we’ll also pause for guided meditation, reflection, and opportunities to simply become quiet and present with the natural world…
