About the event
As we transition toward spring — a season of renewal and new beginnings — we invite you into an intimate evening to pause, reflect, and open from the heart.
This gathering weaves together ceremonial cacao and a traditional plant limpia as one experience to support deep relaxation, energetic renewal, and grounded emotional release.
Maria, originally from Colombia, will guide the cacao ceremony using ceremonial cacao sourced from Latin America — a plant long used to encourage grounding, connection, and gentle heart opening.
Krista will offer a plant limpia using thoughtfully selected ceremonial plants. A limpia is a traditional energetic cleansing practice found in Indigenous cultures around the world. Through intentional movement of plants within the energetic field, along with breathwork, sound healing, and meditation, this ceremony will support energetic balance, alignment and clarity.
Together, this gathering is designed to:
• Invite deep relaxation
